Bracelet Sizes
Standard sizes are 6" or 7" long and ½" or 5/8" wide.

Metal thickness: Stainless steel bracelets are .05"(1/20"), aluminum bracelets are .063" (1/16") or .04" (1/25") and brass bracelets are .04" (1/25").

Etched Stainless Steel

Chemical etching is a very durable method for imprinting on stainless steel. The recessed area can be color-filled, or frosted (no color).

Etched Aluminum

Chemical Etching is a very durable method for imprinting on Aluminum

Sublimated Aluminum

Sublimation is a popular process that applies colors by high heat to a specially-designed film that has been placed on the surface of the metal. The ink penetrates the lacquered surface of the bracelet. Sublimated bracelets are highly durable. Available in Satin Silver or White Aluminum. White aluminum produces the most intense colors.

Etched Brass

Chemical etching is a very durable method for imprinting on brass. The recessed area can be color-filled, or frosted (no color), creating a "gold on gold" finish.

• Brass bracelets are coated with a lacquer on both sides to prevent tarnish

Pricing includes one standard fill color or frosted etch (no color). Additional etched colors and screenprinted colors are available. Dog tags can be etched on both sides.

Available in SUBLIMATED, ETCHED or SCREENPRINTED. Each tag comes with a choice of silver or gold 30" ball chain. Key Rings and Personalization are available for additional charge.

Sublimated

Pricing includes the use of multiple colors for one low price! Available in Satin Silver or White Aluminum. With "sublimation" the surface of the tag is smooth and colors will not fade or chip. White aluminum will produce the most intense colors. Orders of 250 (or fewer) can be done in 5 business days.

Screenprinted

Tags are available in a wide variety of colors: silver, gold, red, green, white, blue, black, yellow and beige. Pricing includes one standard screen printed color. Additional screen printed colors are available. Printing can be done on both sides.
